  • Led national LTE overlay deployment Program Office for wireless 3G operator.
  • Took back network operations and engineering from outsource Vendor as main liaison between Vendor and Client for project.

  • Managed and defined pre-product trials and new product introduction for new wireless product business. Delivered alpha trial via 45 person cross-functional team in 8 weeks.
  • Defined system rollout requirements with lead client, including multi-cell RF deployment and field testing, network and IP service requirements, and site build needs.

  • Led customer engagement for business unit with major carrier for turnkey $17 Million wireless broadband network, including contract terms and product positioning.
